Abstract:
The research of actors - environment functioning in the national innovative system of Russia is presented. The concept of absorption potential of functioning of actors - environment is formalized. The analysis of existing approaches to an estimation absorption potential of actors - environment functioning in national innovative systems is carried out. Methodological lacks of existing approaches are revealed. Scientific and methodical approaches for estimation and analysis of actors - environment functioning, which consider lacks of existing approaches, are offered.
