Abstract:
Education is a social system (social institution) which consists of several steps. The new generation, the FSES has had a significant impact on the higher education system as a whole - has changed the requirements for the results in the logic of the competence approach. With September 1, 2013 in accordance with the law «On education in the Russian Federation» monitoring of the quality of education in universities has become a regular and mandatory.
