Abstract:
Human capital management principles in terms of the state service practical aspects as well as the factors affecting the efficiency growth of the human capital management are overviewed and analyzed in the article. The development of the professionalism in different areas leads to an increase in the efficiency of human capital management. Although it-s more of a future problem, now is the time to start thinking about it.
