Abstract:
The human capital quality improvement aspects mainly based on the educational system are disclosed in the article. The significant changes in educational requirements could be observed within the market economy conditions which induced particularly the following developments in the social production structure: - changes in social production structure; - withdraw of working force from industry to services, science and cultural areas; - advanced information technologies development; - small- and middle-size businesses development as well as decrease in number of focused specialists and increase in multifunctional staff; The above changes resulted in the new requirements to the educational system that aimed to the human personality comprehensive development.
