Abstract:
The article is dedicated to consideration of sci-tech innovations and high technologies marketing issues under current conditions. The article includes the results of conducted research of the sci-tech innovations - market and marketing concepts. The authors describe problems of industrial enterprises - low innovative activity, insufficient development of innovative business infrastructure, and also issues of engineers - high-quality education and training for their efficient work under conditions of innovation-driven economy, that is also named as - knowledge-based economy?. As an upcoming trend of innovation-driven business development in Russia the engineering marketing approach, created by prof. T.P. Lyubanova, docent D.M. Zozulya, is proposed. Named approach is based on the theory that under current conditions the efficiency of innovation business depends on marketing mentality and corresponding operating manner of all enterprise employees. Therefore, according to engineering marketing approach it is supposed to pay more attention to development of not only basic functional, but also marketing skills of enterprises - personnel.
