Abstract:
There was developed a definition method of UHF loss components in the microstrip transmission lines. There was suggested a resonance control method of quality assessment both materials and process parameters used to produce UHF microstrip device elements of a radar receiver. This method enables to choose optimal process parameters and materials having an influence on the quality of UHF microstrip device manufacturing by controlling a factor of merit and UHF loss of microstrip resonators at different frequencies. There was presented an impact assessment of using materials and process parameters on the electrophysical parameters of a microstrip line.
