Abstract:
Based on the work performed we can formulate the following recommendations: to analyze the processing technology of doped сBN manufacturing as to improve doping homogeneity; to perform a comparative analysis of CL cubic boron nitride samples each containing equal concentrations of a particular dopant as to specify PL-spectra of doping centres and their quantum efficiency.
