System approach for the innovative production competitiveness and quality managemen

Abstract:
As it has been illustrated the competitiveness provision for goods/services is of importance as the market relations do not allow any organization to be stable on the market for a long time based only on goods competitiveness indices in its production-and-sale strategy not taking into account expenditures on goods production and their realization. As a result any company has permanent need for innovation. Both the calculations of the economic effect resulted from innovative production implementation and the permanent quality improvement model based on the system approach have been presented. The system approach consideration for goods/services competitiveness as well as for production quality management showed the importance of both goods/services competitiveness provision and staff role. It has been asserted that permanent quality improvement should take place in a firm as well as the system approach should be used for innovative production quality control. The main problem the Russian companies developing the quality management system are facing is the necessity of different fields of company activities reformation and related to this company culture, managers and executors psychology changes, implementation of system, complex and process approaches implementation for the quality management system and goods/services quality control. One should take into account that the heart of quality management is defect free work rather than control. Goods of high quality can be provided through flaw free manufacturing rather than finished product control. So quality estimation and quality control should be carried out by the employees themselves on the system approach and integrated basis. To provide both goods/services competitiveness and quality management control skilled personnel is of great importance.
