Abstract:
A research on the possibility of the absorption of impurity gases by a titanium cathodic spray deposited film in a small-type single block of Helium-Neon lasers was carried out. It has revealed, that the usage of this film leads to the reduction in the residual pressure by several orders and the speed of gas inleakage by a single or a double order. The optimal titanium electrode spray mode is specified.
