Abstract:

Many Russian research teams are engaged in the development of promising fiber-optical sensors for territorial distributed security systems. However, as a rule, there is no systematic information about who exactly is engaged in this scientific research, where and in which research teams. The task of system analysis of the subject area of knowledge in scientific research is carried out by all researchers, especially university graduates and graduate students at the initial stage of knowledge with research. The purpose of the work is developed of method for system research of scientific schools based on cluster analysis of scientific publications and identification of scientific communities on these topics, as well as its testing for fiber-optical sensors for security systems. The article presents the developed three-level method of systematization of scientific knowledge in the chosen scientific field. It is based on two-stage clustering of scientific publications from open information resource. On the base of this clustering, it allows to conduct complete analysis of scientific schools and generate all the necessary information on the subject area. The open resource of the Russian scientific electronic library e-library.ru was used as a source for obtaining data. All metadata sets required for cluster analysis are formed from annotations, open texts and keywords of scientific publications from this electronic resource. Everything with account morphology. The results of cluster analysis approbation for fiber-optical sensors were demonstrated the efficiency and perspectives of new method of scientific schools’ systematization. The presented promising method allowed for cluster analysis of publications and then identify scientific schools in the field of fiber-optical sensors for security systems. The approbation of promising method based on publications cluster analysis identified problem scientific areas that narrow of clustered database is the subject of further research.
