Abstract:

Reliable operational control of GLONASS characteristics is essential for performance of GLONASS users target tasks. Nowadays there are several conditions which makes especially relevant to devise data generation technology for GLONASS target characteristics control, such as shortage of precise ephemeris and clock data produced by different navigation centers, decrease of navigation signal power, emission termination of navigation signal on second frequency by several satellites, electromagnetic interferences in navigation signals frequency band in places of reference measurement stations dislocation.

Objective. The aim is to generate technology for reliable operational control of GLONASS on-board ephemeris and clock data precision characteristics in terms of source data shortage, to analyze the quality of GLONASS target characteristics control data.
