Abstract:

This paper presents a method for adaptive phase synchronization of time-interleaved ADCs channels. The proposed method is based on the use of digital filters with fractional delay and an adaptive algorithm for automatic adjustment of filter coefficients. Digital filters with fractional delay are implemented based on the Farrow structure. The adaptive algorithm for setting filter coefficients is based on the classical least mean squares method (LMS). In paper present the structure of one of the version for implementing the proposed method of phase synchronization of time-interleaved ADCs channels, simulates the method, and evaluates the spectral characteristics of the signal at the ADC output with time alternation.
