Abstract:

An approach session method of autonomous control of miniature specialized technological complexes is proposed. The basis of the developed method of autonomous control is the session model, which allows describing the features of the organization of the technological process, during which various kinds of influences can made on the object located in the reservoir of the technical node. Based on the analysis of the current state of technical nodes and objects placed in them, the conditions for transformation or movement of each object can formulated. The session management method is characterized by adaptability of realized technological transformations to features of the technical node and allows describe the technological process through the sequence of sessions – the stages of transformation or moving objects between technical nodes. Depending on the specifics of the application of miniaturized specialized technological complexes, the session method can implemented using a combination of methods, oriented either to increase the reliability of individual technical units and the complex as a whole, or to increase the speed of execution of the selected technological process. Also to ensure maximum loading of all technical units, or to obtain a guaranteed result of technological transformation.
