The analysis of correlative properties of time slices in a stream of events on realization of integer casual process

Abstract:

The problem of estimation correlation coefficients of time interval between events on the recorded traffic in the form of realization of integer casual process is discussed. The existing works on this perspective offer the technique of estimation of correlative properties of the sequence of casual time interval between events based on accounting of properties of an initial interval from the moment of the beginning of observation of traffic before the first event.This initial interval possessing the special probability distribution different from distribution of all other time intervals in a stream of events defines correlative properties of the sequence of time frames. It is shown that on realization of traffic as integer casual process it is possible to receive statistical characteristics of the sums of casual time intervals between events, including the sequence of correlative coefficients of these intervals.

The put experiment confirmed satisfactory accuracy of estimation of coefficients of correlation when using of the offered technique of calculations.
