Abstract:

The proposed methods of construction and application of models characterized by a reasonable set of sets of concepts (systemic factors that describe the problem of management of technogenic risks; risks of technological violations, risks of technogenic emergency situations and technogenic risks in General; developments in the implementation of man-caused disturbances and anthropogenic emergency situations; consequences of technological violations and emergency technogenic situations). Based on the analysis of the production processes and research of an ontological model the necessity of creating methods of monitoring technological risks predictive control man-caused disturbances and reactive management of risks of technogenic emergency situations.
