Abstract:

The special role of the harmonic signal analysis in physics and technique is noted in this paper. The stochastic aspect of the theory of the instrument analysis of harmonic ranges is considered. The model of the analyzed signal is considered as a finite time random process because spectrum analysis is an information process. The spectral device operation is described by linear integral operators which are established connection between an input with an output of the spectral device for complex and energy spectra. This connection is given in both deterministic and stochastic forms for complex spectra. As regards energy spectra this connection is obtained in the form of estimation with Bartlett spectral window.
