Applying ontological approach to the analysis of the state of local area network

Abstract:
In the introduction to this article, the urgency of the development of models, methods and algorithms for integration and ontological approach a production storage expertise in building and testing the state of the LAN used in the analysis of time series reflects the main objective of the study, as well as set out the specifics of the application of the techniques used to solve task. In the first chapter of the article discusses the formal model OWL-ontology based on SHOIN (D) ? variety of descriptive logic. In the second chapter we describe an algorithm to integrate knowledge in the ontological nature of a production model using SWRL-rules. The third chapter contains a description of the structural and functional solution of time series analysis TSAnalyzer, realizing the described algorithm. In the fourth chapter of the article presents the results of computational experiments in modeling the status LAN with artificial increase traffic on the LAN example the Center for Development of electronic media technologies Ulyanovsk State Technical University. In conclusion, this research summarizes the studies and assess the prospects for further research work in this field.
