The Failure Criteria for Tracking Loop Anti-Jam Capability

Abstract:
It is shown that GNSS receiver-s tracking loop anti-jam capability estimation requires probabilistic approach. Anti-jam capability (J/S) nominal value is suggested to determine at failure probability level 0.5. In addition to J/S its confidence interval should be described. The approximate J/S confidence intervals for PLL, FLL and DLL has been found. Recommendations to experimental research of anti-lam capability are formulated. Maximal (pre-fault) tracking error levels are given.
