Three-parameter liquid sensor based on plate and surface acoustic waves

Abstract:
For piezoelectric 128-Y-LiNbO3 crystal produced by industry the combination of three acoustic waves suited for viscosity, conductivity, and temperature detection in liquids, 100 -l in volume, are found. The laboratory prototype of the sensor is developed, fabricated, and tested. The calibration curves for each liquid parameter are measured.
