The purpose of research is to evaluate student’s functional asymmetry of the brain and some indicators of cardiovascular system of pedagogical specialties. According the results the physiological adaptation to the educational stress is more effective among the students with ambidexterity and the dominance of the right hemispheres. The research makes it is possible to develop special neurocomputer methods and programs for recording and correcting of adaptive capabilities of a human brain.
