The article shows: a) the logic of sensitization of neurochemical channels (biochemical chains of postsynaptic intracellular processes) not only supplements the threshold logic of functioning of real and formal neurons, but also ensures their integrative activity, beginning with the postsynaptic membrane, where the time and space can be combined in the processes of propagation and transformation of excitations; b) sensitive logic is based on the metrological paradigm «the more accurate, the better», within which the maximum «confidence» in decision-making is given to a value measured with higher precision; c) the distinguishing feature of the dominant can be the fact that considered in the paper type of excitation not only performs the specific functions of «internal» prefix control (by criterion of excitability level) but also retains its original information purpose, reflected in the output reaction
