In article possibility of application of neural networks for creation of system of signs in systems of recognition of the speech is considered. The applied system of signs determines parameters based on which the processing of signals is made. In the fol-lowing procedure there is a need to distribute an entrance flow of information on set of specific signs. As a result of such op-eration the set of values is had which are compared to sample system of similar sets of voice signs turns out. Distinctive feature of decisions is possibility of adaptation, which connected with variability of speeches and changes of a surrounding situation, in too time application of parallel information processing increases data processing speed. At the same time the using of parallel processing increases the processing speed.
