Neural network and neuro-fuzzy technologies in investment process dynamics management on macro level

Abstract:
The need of solving the problem of the national economy forecasting and strategic planning is caused by features of modern conditions of world economic development, characterized by a high degree of dynamism, processes nonlinearity, resource limitations. One of this problem solutions is the development of model complexes and software tools intended for the decision support at the macroeconomic level and based on intelligent technologies and simulation modelling. In order to support analysis procedures of multi-sectoral macroeconomic system (MMES) management processes, the system of simulation modelling and intelligent management of macroeconomic investment process in the non-equilibrium market conditions is being developed. The problems consist in the development of investment process cognitive and dynamic models, considering markets of goods and money, the development of intelligent decision support system structure, multistage clustering of non-equilibrium macroeconomic situations on the basis of Kohonen neural networks and the development of neuro-fuzzy network for making decisions in the field of interest rates correction.
