Negation of the decoder

Abstract:
This article consists of an introduction, two main parts and a conclusion. In the introduction, disclosed the basic concept of negation (inversion) DNF conjunctions (disjunctions CNF). It is also disclosed the concept of "denial multiplexer" and also suggested to use the decoder, as the structure of the inverse LUT, which may allow the system to implement logic functions. In the first part of the article - The decoder DC-LUT - an approach to the creation of the decoder by converting LUT. An example of the conversion transistor circuit for the four variables. Just been estimated hardware costs for the conversion LUT with n variables in the decoder. In the second part of the article - The denial of the decoder - is executed denial of the proposed decoder DC LUT and formulate a rule such a denial. In conclusion, the overall assessment is made whether the approaches proposed in the paper and summarizes the main provisions of the article.
