The necessity to ensure the sustainable development of priority land-use technologies in the Non-Chernozem region increases the urgency of introducing new technologies for radiometric and optical remote sensing from an unmanned aerial vehicle for the rapid determination of vital parameters of the soil macrolandscape. The purpose of article to find ways to prioritize the implementation of unmanned radiometry in precision land use systems. Additional areas of demand for the development application have been revealed and justified. The prospects of introducing a new term "precise land use" into scientific circulation are shown. The priority area of the development application is reclaimed lands, as well as arrays of reclaimed lands returned to agricultural circulation in the lowland landscapes of the Russian Plain of the Central and Northwestern Economic Districts. The article results can be used as a guide in justifying the volume of radar needs for precise land use.
