Abstract:
Results of research of influence of a constant magnetic field of low intensity on a condition of vegetative providing action of the heart at experts of an extreme profile by results of the mathematical analysis of variability of a warm rhythm are given. A research objective − to give the developed functional characteristic of influence of a constant magnetic field of low intensity on adaptation reserves of an organism in the conditions of a psychological and physical stress. The obtained data will allow to approach development of uniform functional approach to system of medical rehabilitation and optimization of application of tire-tread physical factors for the healthy people subject to influence of professional stressful conditions of activity. The range of indicators, the most specific in an assessment of a condition of professional adaptation has been defined. A pathogenetic basis of the offered way was the provision on vegetative character a stress - the induced states. At the initial stage change of the current functional state and regulatory opportunities of an organism under influence the stress reaction occurs at the expense of tension and activation of psychophysiological, neurohumoral structures, and also change of a power exchange and a metabolism. The physical factor as the basic corrective is in this situation most justified. In this regard interest in use as a rehabilitation method (a patronage, protection) a constant magnetotherapy, that is medical and preventive application of the constant magnetic field (CMF) is justified. The most informative indicators of VSR for an assessment of a condition of professional adaptation are established. In the conditions of as close as possible to extreme conditions of professional activity, «the health index», «biological age» and VSR indicators are estimated. By results of the comparative analysis with representative group of control it is established that PMP of low intensity has corrective effect, statistically authentically reducing displays of a stress by vegetative nervous system. The revealed effect develops only after course (10 days) applications of PMP in sub-therapeutic doses. The constant magnetic field of low intensity in the form of overlays for area of a backbone has the modulating effect corresponding to the main known mechanisms of influence of a constant magnetic field. It isn\\\'t established negative impact at application of slips in the form of active strips paraverteb-ralno on area of cervicothoracic and lumbar and sacral departments of a backbone. The group applying magnetic slips in the period of the maximum loads has shown big stability on indicators of an index of health and smaller, corresponding «passport» biological age that demonstrates adaptation effect of a magnetic field. By results of the analysis of variability of a rhythm of heart, it is possible to draw a conclusion on the regulating influence due to more optimum distribution of separate components of vegetative providing. The offered way can be applied to an assessment the donozologicheskikh of forms of changes of vegetative providing and potentially prevent development of steady forms of diseases.
