Abstract:
Feasibility of using tunnel junctions «superconductor-isolator-superconductor» (SIS) in the multiplexing system for read out of transition edge sensor arrays was studied. Experimental investigation of the SIS-converter work at relatively low frequencies (less than 10 GHz) was held, different working regimes were studied. Conversion loss is 8 dB, 1 dB compression point is -58 dBm.
