Abstract:
Factors impacting on UHF passive tag radio frequency identification technology based invasive biosensor systems - electromagnetic energy transformers efficiency are considered. Possibility of transformer efficiency increase by means of resonant-tunneling nano-diodes application in rectifier is shown.
