Abstract:
Two-dimensional linear-chain carbon film material prepared by ion-assisted method posses unique anisotropic electrophysical properties. On the basis of the TEM, AFM, STM, and Raman spectroscopy results the model which is adequate to the electron diffraction pattern and the electron structure of the linear-chain carbon films is proposed
