Abstract:

Problem formation. The Markov model is considered for acquiring skills and abilities by specialists to manage radio engineering complicated complexes, taking into account the possibility of statistical approximation of this process. Lagrange interpolation polynomials are used as approximating polynomials. The problem of determination of training specialists limiting levels based on the Z-transformation linear Markov process method of acquiring skills and abilities for managing technical complexes.

Aim. Determination of the limiting levels of training of specialists of radio engineering complexes in the course of training using the method of Z-transforms of a linear Markov process.

Results. The proposed method makes it possible to predict the required number of practical classes in special disciplines for a particular period of study with a sufficiently high accuracy. Its use makes it possible to really take into account the individual characteristics of the trainees, to monitor their practical training and in a timely manner, at an early stage, to rebuild the course of didactic process in accordance with the identified shortcomings.

Practical significance. Using the presented methodology, it is possible to determine the number of additional volume of practical training to complete «additional learning» of weak groups or restore the level of training in the case of a lessons brake.
