The current stage of development of various types of radio engineering systems, combined into various functional purposes, radio electronic objects (REO), is characterized by an increase in the number of tasks they solve, modes and algorithms of functioning, assessed by the indicator of conflict stability of application – the performance of tasks with a given efficiency. This leads to an increasing system of requirements for specialists for their operation on a variety of conditions of information interaction with an active-passive external environment. One of the main stages in the training of specialists is their acquisition of practical decision-making skills to substantiate the optimal ways of using REO based on the use of intelligent training systems (ITS) on a variety of predetermined conditions of the external environment. The basis of their implementation is the concept of the virtual environment of professional activity, which determines the complexity of the educational training tasks (UTZ) to be solved, depending on the intellectual level of the trainees. The initial stage of ITS design is the development of architecture – a kind of foundation of the future system, representing an integral unity of the basic principles of its construction, axiomatic procedures, rules and operations, a certain interdependent and interconnected set of commands, data and characteristics, structurally associated with each hierarchical level of the simulated REO, generalized describing the ITS model. The ITS architecture is based on the basic principle of an open architecture for building computers, the implementation of which is based on the technology of functional block (model) design, which provides a change in the functionality of its software without significant changes in the hardware, reducing the time for designing new software components (PC) and reducing costs for development.
ITS is structurally represented in the form of automated workplaces of a teacher (instructor), trainees, an administrator and a hierarchical system of mathematical models for the implementation of services for modeling the modes of its operation, determining the connections between PCs by stages of solving the UT. The architecture is based on algorithmically interconnected systems of commands, messages, data, the choice of the structural complexity of the UTZ solved by the student, taking into account his theoretical and practical training, control of the effectiveness of the UTZ being solved, taking into account its background and information protection. The features of the construction and design algorithms of the ITS architecture in the form of an interdependent system of tasks for the control (including interaction) of the PC when simulating the information processes of the functioning of the REO elements in the interests of studying the structure and characteristics of signals when passing through radio circuits in the control loops of control subsystems, information support and execution of the REO and solving functional problems when justifying decisions on the methods of using the REO on a set of typical information conditions presented in the structure of the UTZ system. In accordance with the hierarchical structure of the REO in the ITS architecture, the information levels of mathematical modeling of the versatile UTs to be solved, supported by the dynamic PC system, are highlighted. Implementation of the proposed architecture of the ITS will allow to investigate the «fine» structure of signals and to justify the decisions made by trainees on the optimal ways of using REO on a variety of methods of active informational influence of the external environment.
