Abstract:
Control system repairs of equipment is one of the key elements in the management of industrial enterprise. The purpose of the automated repair of the equipment management system in the company is to increase the production efficiency. Based on the structural analysis of complex repair of the equipment of a particular industrial enterprise management system developed by the authors generalized mathematical model of repairs of the equipment of the control system based on set theory. Determined the structure of the system and controls the object. The basic functions of the system: the formation of the schedule of repair work, planning to carry out repair work needs manpower planning needs to perform repair work in material resources, and analysis of the technical state of equipment Analysis of the actual repair work. Formulated objective functions repairs equipment management system optimization routine schedule maintenance work for an administrative schedule and optimize the operational schedule of repair work with respect to the planned schedule. Depending on the objectives of a particular enterprise objectives repair of the equipment management system can be as minimizing the total downtime of production equipment (increase rate of equipment availability) and maximization (uniform) load maintenance personnel of the enterprise, improve the efficiency of repair work when the predefined standards for repair as well as other technological and economic criteria. An important task for the planning functions and operational management of equipment repairs is the task of drawing up calendar repair work schedules. A mathematical formulation of the problem of scheduling repairs of technological equipment of industrial enterprises. This problem belongs to the class of scheduling problems with limited resources. heuristic method based on genetic algorithm was chosen on the basis of an analysis of methods for solving this class of problems. The algorithm and implements its software package to solve the problem. The results of solving the problem for a particular company. Our results can be used by companies and professionals involved in the development, implementation and operation maintenance management systems and repair of equipment for enterprises.
