Abstract:
A set-theoretic model of innovative management of the educational process qualifying for labour market requirements to university competencies. It is shown that a student is an object of management in a traditional model of the educational process, whereas in an innovative model the students - competencies are important. The authors distinguish three groups of main components in the concept of \"education\". They are a dynamic one, which is a process (formation, interaction, communication, etc.), a human one (a teacher, a student, parents, teachers of additional education, etc.) and an ideal one (knowledge, skills, the subject of study, competencies, personal characteristics, etc.). The assessment of the formed com-petencies is suggested to perform by using a classical model of Rush, in which the test questions are divided into three components ac-cording to their complexity, nonstandard and practical orientation.
