The federal register of the medical personnel created and being run by MONIKI MIAC contains important information which enables the Ministry of the Moscow Regional (MR) Public Health Care to manage formation of MR medical personnel resources and to create a multi-parameter model for detection of the need for medical workers based on federal standards and regulations and the Program of the State guarantees of free medical help for people.
