Abstract:
The information metric field of relations between elements of an information control system of a difficult technical complex - the subject and object of management is defined. Information characteristics allow proving quality of functioning of information system and a condition of object of management. The kind criterion functional the systems, based on application of differential entropy is specified that has allowed to solve an optimum control problem in an information field.
