Various kinds of telemedical systems are considered. Experience of introduction of telemedical consultations on an example of northern regions is described. The further steps of development of a telemedical network functioning in the conditions of northern gegions are presented. In the article it is justified that the further development of a telemedicine probably only in integration of telemedical systems of real time and telemedical systems off-line.
