The paper is dedicated to analytical survey of systems and means for aftersales support (ASS) of mass production. As it is known such automatized systems as CAD, ERP, PDM, SCM, CRM etc are consolidated in unique information space by means PLM technology. Corresponding military integrated technologies are based on CALS technologies and are realized in the form of integrated logistic support (ILS) of life cycle production (LCP). ILP consolidate many enterprises and organizations – participants of LCP into unique informational virtual enterprise (VE). Analysis of countenance is the ILS foundation, which consists in the inspection of LCP processes for minimization exploitation costs at given coefficients of readiness and efficiency.
For comparison of high availably characteristics for various production types method of integral estimates of exploitational quality is proposed. Typical Russian and Western systems and means of informational ASS are the examples of realization of high availably services with maximal effectiveness aviatransport.
IFS application system (Sweden Company IFS) has service-oriented architecture, module principle of control of any scale system set using unified structure based on identical set of modules designed for corresponding control level. This architecture with minimal costs takes up existing automatized LC control systems using them as additional module. System satisfies basic CALS concepts and linear stuff principle for government states and large business. Basic advantages: 1) intrusion costs of firm – IT supplier for any called enterprise are minimal; 2) exploitation utility in enterprises-customers are maximal; 3) construction of integrated informational systems based on typical local nets demands minimal expenditures.
Russian information-control system Erlan-2 is oriented on informational support of aircraft vehicles (AV) exploitation. Erlan-2 is selfmade complex for calculation current exploitation data and their implementation for service and repair including resources control. As goals and problems Erlan-2 may be the source of original information in ILS system giving feedback from AV exploitation to design enterprise correction of documentation.
The set of informational systems ILS Suite «Analysis of logistic support», ILS Suite «Technical exploitation Monitoring» and PDM Step Suite «Automatized data product control system» are being advanced Russian systems based on the international standards for solving large spectrum of information problems for insure necessary readiness at minimal LC cost. The deficiency of these systems is in the lack of material resources control in stores for product necessary readiness. For perspective tasks are in development of methodological support for the CLCP estimation for Russian and foreign customers during all LC stages including technical maintenance and repair. For consolidation of Russian developers, it is useful to take for original data ILS Suite, Erlan-2 and ILS systems of other suppliers.
