The introduction of new information technologies, as well as relatively low costs for communication and radio broadcasting services, has led to a sharp increase in the number of functioning radio communication systems and means for various purposes. Justification of the main stages and study of the characteristics of the process of the detecting moving RES using a dynamic portrait of the characteristics parameters of OFDM signals. A set of signal transformations with OFDM is proposed to estimate the nature movement of a radio emission source.
