The analysis of the principles of creation of the multipurpose systems including used by the aircraft carrying ships is carried out. The approach to creation of structure of multipurpose system on the basis of technologies of automatic dependent observation and GNSS providing with a uniform complex of the onboard and land equipment the solution of problems of observation, navigation and landing is offered. The perspective directions of development of onboard complexes of aircraft allowing to increase efficiency of use of an aerotechnical complex both by the aircraft carrying ships and in the low-equipped airfields and airfields are presented.
