Abstract:

Nowadays, the rapid development of World Wide Web leads to the task of the web site speed increase, having the given hardware of the hosting. It is caused by both the economical reasons and the features of network services administration in specific organizations. The authors have been managing the hosting of Bauman Moscow State Technical University (Kaluga Branch) for the last several years. The experience of managing websites under different CMS (WordPress, Joomla etc.) and under self-developed CMSs, allows to discuss some aspects of optimization and formulate a set of universal recommendations for increasing the speed of modern website performance.
