Abstract:
Waveguide diode frequency doubler in the range of 26 to 40 GHz analysis and design method, based on using HFSS and Designer programs, combining electrodynamics waveguide structures and nonlinear characteristics analysis, was proposed. Comparison of frequency doubler rated and measured parameters are given.
