Abstract:
Effective modernization of a typical plant of the Russian electronics, held 50-year path of functioning in a planned socialist economy to a market, it is possible through the creation of scientific and industrial structures, working both on the rights of public-private partnership, and with the involvement of creative businesses. The paper describes the main ways to implement innovation in an industrial enterprise, to prepare the conditions for such upgrades.
