Article is devoted to the description of the main stages of processing of demands for telecom operator. First of all, groups of users of this system were defined and their powers are differentiated. It becomes for the purpose of acceleration of processing of the demand of the client and increase of overall performance of the company in general. In article the main development stages to which, it is integrated are described, belong: development of a database, development of the interface part of programs, development of the main functions, providing correctness of work of system, organization of division of powers of the user. Development tools are listed. The demands processed by system are considered. Possible ways of completion of the appendix are also specified.
