Abstract:
The progress of the patent branch and legal groundwork of the results of intellectual activities at the defense industry enterprise are considered in detail in this paper. Specific proposals for the development concept of patent branch and intellectual property based on IT. Software engineering and its implementation for the enterprise intellectual property management automation with the capacity of integration within the enterprise information system.
