Abstract:
Detection algorithm in the conditions of prior uncertainty of a disturbance statistical characteristic is suggested. The characteristics of detectors realizing the Neiman-Pirson-s criteria are studied in details and are derived for the case of jamming dispersion known a priori. However, jamming statistical characteristics are often unknown in practice. The article represents an approach to jamming dispersion evaluation to due to the additional canal usage in the detector. It is shown that additional canal usage for the jamming dispersion evaluation reduces navigation signal detector noise immunity in comparison with the case when jamming dispersion is known a priori. Navigation signal detector noise immunity degradation in case of signal/jamming low values can be up to 2 dB and in case of signal/jamming high values goes up to 1 dB.
