Abstract:
The characteristics of the self-generating magnetometer with laser optical pumping of alkaline vapors are presented. The role of trap states, which are not interacting directly with radiation pumping is demonstrated. The graphical interpretation of the quality factor of the resonance signal and the ultimate resolution self-generating magnetometer is given.
