Abstract:
Intensity of the suppressed image of the point target is analyzed. The image is suppressed by means of imitation of the reflected signals of SAR with an opposite phase. Analytical descriptions of the reflected signals and the imitated signals are used for any coordinate of the azimuth. Horizontal removal of the target from the simulator as well as the regular distinction of parameters of the imitated signals and the basic function of the SAR is taken into consideration in the description of the imitated signal. The following parameters are considered: wave length, speed, the direction of flight of a carrier of SAR and distance to a simulator. Because of the distinction of parameters the horizontal displacement of the imitated target relatively of disposition of the real target is defined. Suppression of the image of the target is observed when the square component of a phase of the SAR signal on border of the synthesized aperture is less π/4. Therefore the sum of the reflected and imitated signals is calculated without this component. For equality of amplitudes of the reflected and imitated signals the expressions of evaluation of intensity of the suppressed image without and with taking into account a distinction of the distance to the simulator and wave length are received. In the first case the evaluation of the maximum and minimum values of intensity of the suppressed image and coordinates of these values is defined. The minimum intensity of the suppressed image is equal to zero and is located in the middle between coordinates of an arrangement of the real and imitated target. In the second case the minimum intensity of the suppressed image isn't zero and is increasing with increase of removal of the target. The evaluation of the removal is calculated when the bend of intensity of the suppressed image in the middle between coordinates of an arrangement of the real and imitated target is absent. In both cases the evaluation of dependence of admissible removal of the target from the indicated maximum of intensity of the suppressed image is calculated. It is noted that suppression of the image of the point target by means of imitation of the reflected signals with an opposite phase demands high-quality information support of the simulator about sizes of used parameters.
