Abstract:
The operation is dedicated to implementation of a hardware-software complex for obtaining the universal parameter of an estimation of information efficiency of digital systems of communication with determination of a degree of closeness them to limits on an information communication. Till now at problem solving of an estimation of information efficiency of digital networks of communication were limited to usage of fast-track and probability parameters. However in some cases the given approach is unacceptable, and in case of a high information load basically does not allow adequately to evaluate possibilities of a network on an information exchange. The received, thus, estimations leave out properties of digital networks of communication on a temporary information storage and do not give unequivocal result defining quality of operation of networks with miscellaneous topologies in different conditions of an information load. In operation the hardware-software complex for an estimation of information efficiency of digital networks of communication with application of a new way is designed on the basis of the universal generalized parameter - efficiency in sense of an information communication describing an information system framework on transfer and information storage, and also indicating a degree of closeness е to limits on an information communication. The synthesized complex allows to receive a unequivocal estimation of efficiency of an information exchange expressed in the uniform universal parameter, for digital networks of communication with miscellaneous structures at different values of their information load.
