Gravitational and relativistic effects in the near-earth space unilateral radio link

Abstract:
Based on the general theory of relativity, a rigorous description of the parameters of radio waves in the near-Earth gravitational field with the moving air in a rotating geocentric reference system: propagation time, frequency, phase, polarization, refraction. It uses the idea of refractive gravitational field of the Earth. Gravitational and relativistic effects described up to 1/с 4 (c - speed of light). The results are specified for the Greenwich reference frame.
