Abstract:
Model International Reference Ionosphere (IRI) leave it to compute Ne profile above selected point on Earth and on selected time. In presented paper the algorithm that calculate out of Ne profiles on ray route the corrections for satellite range and altitude radar measures is described. These corrections were compared with differences between the measures without correction and etalon satellite coordinates, formed out of ranging laser network data. It was demonstrated that for middle latitude radar positions IRI model fit for range measures correction. For north positioned radar fitness was not confirmed. What about latitude measures it was not confirmed as on Gabala so on Pechora.
